Shipping policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days via UPS. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

  • UPS Ground Shipping (3–5 business days). Rates are determined by the size and weight of the package. Additional handling fees may be included.

Gift Orders: All Pink Parcels orders are carefully packaged. If you've selected special gift wrapping or included a gift message, please allow an additional 1 business day for processing.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Packages: We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. Please contact us at info@pinkparcels.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll do our best to help.

Hospital or Medical Facilities: We DO NOT ship to hospitals or medical facilities. We cannot be assured that the packages will be delivered to the recipient in these locations. We encourage residential addresses only.

International Shipping: We currently do not ship internationally.
